In the municipality of Regensdorf, two existing buildings were merged into a future-oriented municipal administration over more than 1,500 m². The result is a workplace concept with different work zones that meets the needs of the employees and creates a modern, welcoming work environment.
A special feature was the consolidation of 14 decentralized counters into a central service point on the ground floor with a digital ticket system for efficient customer management. Alongside the structural change, our team actively supported the employees through the transformation with a comprehensive change management process.
