A new work environment for around 150 Bayer Switzerland employees has been created on approximately 1'100 m² in the trendy Zurich Binz district. The different work zones ensure flexibility, and the spacious cafeteria, which offers a terrace with views over Zurich, is set to become the heart of the office. The aim is to facilitate both focused work and interaction between employees. A key objective was to combine the company's global workplace guidelines with a local identity. We acted as the general contractor for the project for over a year, from conception to implementation and through all SIA phases.
