Next Work Forum 2024

Together with nearly 80 participants, we celebrated not only the start of our event series Next Work Forum but also the opening of the work factory. Our guests enjoyed exciting presentations by Yolisa van den Eeden from Microsoft, Marc Brändli from Zweifel, and the renowned grand hotelier Philippe Clarinval.

Marc Brändli delighted us with the distinctive corporate culture at Zweifel and how the company managed to be chosen as Switzerland's best employer for the second time in a row. From Yolisa we learned more about the changing world of work from Microsoft's perspective and the new possibilities that arise with Copilot — and we were there live when she gave a talk in Swiss German for the first time (well done!). The finale was Philippe Clarinval, who presented his magic formula for a successful corporate strategy and what companies can learn from luxury hotels. Philippe explained the importance of a purpose and posed the question: Are we willing to face the consequences if our purpose is in danger?

Additionally, guests could sign up for eight different workshop formats. The range of topics extended from employee retention and work–life balance to artificial intelligence and leadership culture — essentially all the issues companies must deal with today and tomorrow. There was discussion, pondering, tinkering and lots of laughter.
