Learning-Journey 2026: Nuremberg, Munich and back.
Two days, four locations, and many new ideas and thoughts in tow.
Last week, we were with 20 people from various companies on our first learning journey in Munich and Nuremberg. First stop was the adidas campus in Herzogenaurach. We ended the first evening at servusotto.
The next morning, we continued to the House of Communication by Serviceplan and the Accenture Campus in Munich.
In between, we heard exciting lectures by Michael Trautmann on leadership and Dr. Tobias Eismann on creativity.
What sticks? That the idea of a new working world does not start with space. That 69% of people have had a bad leader, but 97% of leaders consider themselves to be a good leader. That creativity doesn't occur on command. And that offices should actually be thought of like a hotel.
