For the residences, three design lines were developed to assist in the selection of colors and materials. They are aimed at three possible life philosophies. We placed special emphasis on high-quality materials that, together with the architecture, create a pleasant living atmosphere.

Concept and aspects of the design lines

Could you briefly explain the idea behind the three design lines?

The design lines were developed to assist buyers in selecting harmonious colors and materials for interior design. They are targeted at three distinct groups and pair a particular lifestyle with the appropriate color and material scheme for the future home.

What are the most important aspects of the three design lines with regard to materials, interplay, and quality?

In qualitative terms, the design lines do not differ from one another. In all three design lines, attention was paid to high-quality materials which, in combination with the architecture, create a pleasant living atmosphere. The design lines can be summarized as follows:

Minimalistic Modern —

Bright, modern, flexible. A light-filled environment with bright colors, light materials, inspired by the minimalist Scandinavian style.

Bohemian Idyll —

Natural, earthy, warm. A cozy home oasis with natural materials in warm tones, inspired by southern casualness.

Artsy —

Unconventional, design-savvy, accentuated. A home that inspires, stands out, and becomes an eye-catcher through the combination of natural materials and extraordinary design objects.

Worlds of color

Which color schemes have you chosen and why?

In all design lines we laid the foundation in natural colors and timeless combinations. This ensures that no short-lived trend is followed, but rather that spaces are created in which buyers feel at home for the long term. Different emphases were then placed in the individual design lines. Minimalistic Modern relies on light tones and clear, modern lines; Bohemian Idyll brings a touch of the south to the rooms with warm brown and beige tones; and Artsy adds accents for more creative residents with distinctive wood textures and warm shades of green.

Sense of home and inspiration

How should the resident feel in these rooms? What serves as inspiration?

In addition to the buildings' architecture, the characters and characteristics of the future residents play a central role. For this reason, three distinct design lines were developed, each accompanied by its own storytelling:

Minimalistic Modern —

A modern environment with clean lines and plenty of light is intended to enable forward-looking living while still inviting a sense of well-being.

Bohemian Idyll —

In these rooms, residents should feel a connection to nature, be able to relax without much thought, and dream of their next vacation in the south.

Artsy —

A touch of extravagance and creativity should express the residents' bold personalities in the rooms and invite lively evenings with friends.
