The fifth episode of our video series "Future Work Office" with Thermoplan.

For the fifth episode of our new video series, we are in Central Switzerland for the first time, at the headquarters of Thermoplan AG in Weggis. The Swiss family business operates worldwide and produces premium coffee machines for large customers such as Starbucks.

The new building "unique" was occupied last year and with a total of 17,500 sqm is more than a new work environment – it is a "building of the future".

There are only a few (known to us) places where it is so successful to make the core of one's own work visible and to make a corporate culture palpable. And that's not just because of the scent of fresh coffee throughout the building. On site, Sanela welcomed us. She is the Communication & PR Manager and told us how Thermoplan positions itself as an attractive employer, what has changed since the move, and why employees enjoy coming to the office.

Our personal highlight was the spacious café on the ground floor. There, informal exchange is encouraged while simultaneously creating a connection to the core business. This is achieved through a large glass wall that provides a visual connection to the production.
