The fourth episode of our video series "Future Work Office" with New Work SE.

For the fourth episode of our new video series, we are visiting New Work SE in Hamburg. This includes XING and kununu. The impressive headquarters of the company is located directly at the Hamburg harbor and is called New Work Harbour.

Even though the building was already occupied in 2021, it is still one of the most exciting work environments in Germany. Across a total of 17,000 square meters, spread over six floors, a location has been created that is entirely tailored to the needs of the more than 750 employees.

The particularly striking feature is the variety of different informal zones for collective interaction and creative collaboration. On-site, Christoph welcomed us and was ready to answer our questions. He is responsible for corporate communication.

In the conversation, he told us where he prefers to spend his time and what the company would do differently in a future office concept.

Our personal highlight was the neighborhood pub. A bar with a rustic counter, cozy seating areas, and an ambiance where people just love to spend time. At this place, successes are celebrated, drinks are enjoyed together, and informal exchanges take place.
