The seventh episode of our video series "Future Work Office" with Implenia.

For the last episode of our video series this year, we visited Implenia at Connect, their headquarters in Glattpark (Opfikon). Implenia is the largest Swiss construction and real estate service provider. At the headquarters, which the company shares with its subsidiary Wincasa, more than 900 employees work on an area of 11,500 m².

On site, we met with Madeleine Jeanrenaud. She works in Corporate Real Estate and, along with other colleagues, is responsible for the company's office worlds. Participatory workshops with user representatives were conducted for the implementation in order to optimally represent the needs and actively involve the employees. After all, the overarching goal was a holistic cultural change. Because space alone does not change a culture, let alone deeply ingrained and long-learned work practices.

Our personal highlight: The large, plant-covered staircase that connects three floors and leads from the upper floors directly into a generous event and meeting zone for exchange and interaction.
