For the first episode of our new video series, we are at Flaschenpost Services AG, the largest online wine retailer in Switzerland.

In the middle of the trendy district of Zürich Binz, a workspace for 45 employees has been created on almost 500 m², leaving nothing to be desired and completely adapting to the company's needs.

We were greeted by Marc Kraft, who took the time to answer our questions about the office. He is the Agile Delivery Manager and was significantly involved in the office's planning as the project manager.

What makes the office a "Future Work Office"? And where does Marc prefer to sit?

Our personal highlight was the custom-made wine bar. It is not only a place of meeting and exchange but also creates identity and belonging. As soon as you enter, it becomes clear what the company stands for and what it is involved with.
