The third episode of our video series "Future Work Office" with 360°.

For the fifth episode we visited Energie 360° at their renovated headquarters in Zurich-Altstetten.

The Swiss company, which offers tailored and environmentally friendly energy solutions, was able to move back into its building at the end of last year after around two years of construction.

Even from the outside, the pioneering work is visible: With a large-scale photovoltaic facade, the company produces around half of its annual energy requirements itself. Inside, a high-quality working environment was created across 6 floors, totaling 6300 m², with different zones designed to best support employees in their respective tasks.

Particular importance was placed on the professional support of employees during this change and the inclusion of needs. This is particularly crucial for such a concept to work.

On-site, Holger Syhre welcomed us. He is the Head of Real Estate and Facility Management and was responsible as the overall project manager for the renovation of the headquarters. He told us about this approach: "We were able to fulfill around 85% of all the wishes of the user representatives."

Our personal highlight was the spacious marketplace with a coffee point and the adjacent outdoor area that invites you to stay awhile. This is achieved through different seating options that promote exchange in small or large groups.
