For the second episode of our new video series, we are at dormakaba Switzerland AG, one of the world's leading companies for intelligent locking systems.

In Rümlang, the company has created something that simply must be seen: the office is located in a former production hall, has a total of 6600 m² and is the new working world for around 450 employees.

For this, we met Susanne. She is responsible for the trainees and was part of the project team for this effort. In the conversation, she shared how employees were involved in this change and how the new work environment is received by new employees.

Our personal highlight was the Barista Bar. Twice a week, freshly brewed coffee is served there for an hour—and it's served by employees who have been trained as baristas. This not only strengthens the exchange but also creates a regular ritual that promotes community and belonging.
