Future of Work Festival 2026

On October 30, 2026, together with over 100 guests, we hosted our festival for the third time at the work factory in Zurich.

This year, two topics took center stage that shape our working world like few others: space and culture. Two topics that are still far too often considered in isolation from one another, yet depend on each other.

There were fascinating talks on this very subject by Renata Bürgler, CHRO at Victorinox, and Jörn Wächtler, Director Workplace Design at adidas. Both gave open and very authentic insights behind the scenes of two traditional companies.

The program was rounded off with a panel discussion featuring Daniela Steiner, Jennifer Madeleine Kossow, Patrick Benz, and Daniel Ngai-Kocher, moderated by Kerstin Hasse.
