The fourth episode of «forward thinking» with Barbara Josef.
In the fourth episode of our podcast "forward thinking" about current trends, developments, and challenges in the world of learning and work, Yannick speaks with Barbara Josef.
She is co-founder of the consulting firm 5to9, serves on the boards of various organizations, and works as a speaker throughout Switzerland.
After training as a primary school teacher, she studied economics and received her doctorate at the University of St. Gallen. Before founding her own company, she served as Head of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility on the executive team of Microsoft Switzerland. There she was already working on the holistic design of new worlds of work nearly ten years ago. Since then she hasn't let go of these topics. With her matter-of-fact approach and her sometimes critical view of current developments, she is today one of the most important voices in Switzerland when it comes to the future of work.
Why might "New Work" no longer be the right term for the future? And why can the future only be shaped if employees and companies come together again? You should listen to this exciting episode with Barbara😉
We will also address the following questions:
What are the biggest challenges for companies at the moment?
How can innovation be promoted within your own organization?
And what else can we all learn from Pippi Longstocking?
