Welcome Sarah Genner & Michael Trautmann. Full of anticipation, drive and a little pride, we would like to share some great news and an important milestone in our still young company history with you today: the founding of our Advisory Board. For this body we were able to recruit not only two highly experienced, top-tier experts, but also two people with whom we share values and the commitment to make the world of work a little more human every day. The world of work is facing the greatest change in its still young history, and companies are finding it increasingly difficult to keep up. Together with Sarah and Michael, we want to advance these topics holistically, identify new opportunities and further develop our services so that we can continue to create the greatest possible added value in the future.

An advisory board is certainly unusual for a young company like ours. But even during our founding we were convinced that, in the long run, we could only be successful if we constantly adapt and question the status quo. Why?

Michael Trautmann

Dr. Michael Trautmann is an entrepreneur, supervisory board member, podcaster and author.

Having started as the youngest top executive at Audi, he later founded the advertising agency kempertrautmann (now Th!ink) with a colleague. He is also a co-founder of Upsolut Sports GmbH, which runs the Hyrox fitness competition.

We know Michael above all as one of the best-known New Work experts in the German-speaking world and as co-host of the podcast "On The Way to New Work", from which a book has since been published.
